Instructor Training Videos

Though specific certification is not required, Pedaling for Parkinson's recommends host facilities utilize existing indoor stationary cycling instructors.  Doing so ensures they meet the minimum standards required by the host facility to lead a cycling class and are covered under the host's insurance.

Instructors are asked to review and understand the program protocol and view the two training videos on this page.  The information provided in the training videos is designed to help familiarize instructors with symptoms typically associated with Parkinson's disease and the limitations they may pose for class participants.

Avoid confusion - Pedaling for Parkinson's does not certify instructors.  PFP does not offer or provide a certification course or program, nor does PFP endorse any third party certificatoin programs or courses.  Any third party offering certification for Pedaling for Parkinson's is operating in violation of our trademark.
